Dear Wanda and family,  I am so sorry for your loss.  Les was a wonderful person and I was always so happy to know that you two found each other again after so many years.  I still remember double-dating with you guys when we were in high school and how much fun we used to have at the dances and parties.  I know that your strength and faith will carry you through.

i remember les, he was a caring father who took care and loved his family. Weekends at the pucketts! Still to this day Les made one of the best Hamburgers i have ever had! thoughts go out to the puckett family

My Memories of Les go back a little, but to have wittness the man that He became has been so rewarding.  His path was not always the adventures God had planned for him, but as He grew so did His walk with God and now the greatest adventure ever told has begun.  I am so sorry, Wanda, Chris and the girls will miss him greatly and share some sad times, but they can all rest that Les is in the arms of Our Savior.  Pat Jones

Les. Growing up with your son was very influential to my adult life.  You managed to be a Dad to me! Bentley as well. I'll never forget you. You were always there for us. All the stupid things we did..... You were a great Father and Man. I missed you ever since you left Petersburg in 1993. See you soon "buddy" in another life.

A lot of parents cannot understand their  kids. Les you were a exception. You were able to breakdown the wall of the teenager and adult. Lester I was raised by my parents...but as Bentley said you are a second father....too me as well. Those were some of my best memories.  Thanks for being there.  Im really going too miss you Less. Les Puckett was one of the Dearest men I have ever known. He loved the Lord with all his heart, had a great sense of humor and was loved by many. He is now in his forever home and we shall see him again. I love you Les.

I have loved my brother in law since I was 6 years old. I will miss him and our phone talks. I loved when I called him one time and ask what he was doing?  His answer was: "absolutely nothing and I'm doing it very well."
