Lou was a loving son, Brother, Husband, Father and Grandfather. He was preceded in death by his mother Anne Czachor, father Angelo (Bart) Morace, 3 of his 5 brothers, Tom, Bob and Ronnie Morace. Also preceded in death by Grandsons, R.J. Faulk and Colten Blair. He is survived by his wife Roxann (Rox) Morace, daughters Sheila Mankowski, Jessica Stewart and Stephanie Morace. Grandchildren Bailey Faulk, Breauna Stewart, Thomas Stewart III and Julian Louis Stewart; and brothers Jimmy and Mike Morace.
Lou was born in Queens, New York and grew up in Springfield, Mass. He moved to Jacksonville, Florida in the late 1960’s where he managed a lounge and met and married Rox. In the early 1980’s, they moved to Deltona so Lou could return to his machinist trade as the theme parks were up and coming. After their daughters were older, Lou and Rox ventured back into the nightlife from where they met, to pursue their love of music. They enjoyed D.J. and Karaoke and eventually created their own show and performed around the Central Florida area.
Lou had a bubbly personality and was always the life of any social gathering. He enjoyed sports such as golf, hockey, baseball and football, and was a lifelong NY Giants fan. He was loved by all and adored by his Grandchildren. He will be forever loved and missed.
A visitation for Lou will be held Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:56 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763. A funeral service will occur Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763. A committal service will occur Sunday, December 17, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Deltona Memorial Gardens, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
