A small gathering of close friends and family will attend an outdoor memorial to be held at Deltona Memorial Gardens on Sunday the 5th of November, 2017 at 3 PM.
Ms. Melendez was born on the 29th of July, 1936 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Concepcion Rosa and Higinio Melendez. She was the youngest of nine children and enjoyed a rich childhood with her siblings. Ms. Melendez was a strong believer in God and was blessed with a good life.
She is survived by her Daughter, Frances Campagna, and her Grand-daughter, Amanda Da Fonseca.
