Marie M. Cowles age 85 of Deltona, passed away on April 28, 2011 at Hospice of Volusia Flagler in Orange City Fl. Marie was a homemaker and also worked for 3 years as a clerk for the Wolcott Town Hall in Connecticut, she was also a member of Our Lady of Lakes Catholic Church. Marie loved cooking and was an avid Orlando Magic and New York Yankee fan.
Marie was the wife of the late Edwin Cowles, she is survived by her son Richard Stigberg Jr, daughters; Edwina Carlyon and Brita LaBrecque, 1 sister Donna Belanger also survived by 5 grandchildren Stephen and George La LaBrecque, Todd Stigberg, Adam, and Jessica Carlyon.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Hospice of Volusia Flagler 1625 Veterans Memorial Pky, Orange City, FL 32763, (386) 851-7600 on May 4, 2011 at 6:00pm.
