Marilyn was born in Ft. Wayne Indiana to Robert and Irene Brunner on July 17, 1941. Marilyn retired from the US Government Social Security Administration with 42 years of service. She was active in the SSA retirees luncheons, where they loved to share their news and adventures together.
She was a practicing Catholic. She enjoyed the Arts, loved the Ballet, the Opera, the Theater, and the great museums of New York, Washington D.C., and Europe. Marilyn loved sailing, scuba diving until her 80s, motor boating, swimming, horseback riding, snowmobiling, fishing. She even paraglided off a mile high Swiss mountain! She enjoyed traveling in the USA and the Caribbean and Europe. Marilyn absolutely loved quilting, as many family and friends can attest. But most of all, Marilyn loved being with her children, grand children, and great grandchildren
Marilyn was preceded in death by her father Robert Brunner and mother Irene Brunner, and her sister Jackie Bowers.
Marilyn is survived by her beloved, devoted husband Richard of 52 years, her son Robert Willmot, daughter Lisa Koch, Grand children Connie, Kelly, and Olivia, and six great grandchildren, who will all miss her dearly.

A funeral service will occur Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763. A committal service will occur Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Deltona Memorial Gardens, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763. A reception will occur Tuesday, February 27, 2024 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763.
