

Marion was born June 9, 1945, in Akron, Ohio. She graduated from Harding High School in Marion, Ohio, attended Bowling Green University, and earned a Bachelor’s degree from California Coast University.
On December 16, 1993, she married Donald Wesner, who survives her. Marion’s life was defined by a spirit of entrepreneurship, public service, and community involvement.

Treasurer/Auditor of Hawks Ridge Homeowners Association in Marquette, Michigan
Marion was an active member of several organizations, including the Elks, the Florida Sheriffs Association, the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and the NRA.
A passionate musician, Marion played the clarinet professionally and sang in the choir at Saint Andrews Chapel. She also found joy in cooking and sharing food with others.
She is preceded in death by her son, Michael. Marion leaves behind her daughter, Janet; her son, John; five grandchildren—Tatiana, Christopher, Shane, Jonathan, and Lucien—and two great-grandchildren, Catalina and Michael.
