Mark V. Miller

Mark Miller age 62 of Deltona, FL passed away in his sleep of natural causes on October 9th. He was a wonderful person and a friend to many. He spent most of his working career as a drywall, plasterer and painter. He had a lot of pride in his workmanship and many people today are living in their beautiful homes done by Mark. He was the only family member to make it to Hawaii. Otherwise he lead a simple life of home and work. He enjoyed watching TV sports and especially the NASCAR races. Being close to the Daytona Speedway he had the opportunity to see some big time races and drink a Bud in the racetrack stands. As a young Mark, he had sisters living in Tallahassee so he moved north and enrolled into Tallahassee Community College. He was studying Laser Technology but that come to end after sustaining orthopedic injuries from a motorcycle accident. This brought Mark back home for months of recovery. We will never know what he could have become if not for this life event. He was happy with the path that life did take him. He was always ready and willing to help someone. He had a good soul. He was a single man but always had lots of family and friends around to let him feel loved.

Sorry I can not be there but as you all know I have been close to Mark,Moxie, Nick , and Frank for years. Love them all like brothers. This is a sad time but want to share a most memorable moment with Mark. Mark was not the outdoorsman Moxie was but he went gator hunting with me once. Lines were out and a 11’ gator on the end. Told Mark grab gun so we could shoot this one! He forgot gun in truck. Had to wrestle that thing in the boat kill it with my knife. Gator laying in boat head at one end tail other. Look back, where is Mark? Literally sitting on top of my 10 horse motor! How he accomplished that will never know. Hilarious sight! Never forget it! Love you all

Dear Stephanie, Frank, Susan, Nick, Eddie and Helen,

We are so sorry to hear of the unexpected passing of Mark. Stephanie the obituary is touching. I remember his blonde hair and boyish grin. He will now rejoice in heaven with Aunt Jennie. She would be proud of how he carried on after her passing and the sibling bond you have to this day.

May God bring peace to your hearts for the guidance you have given each other through life. Rejoice in happy memories.

With love,

Cousin Terri and Mark Macri
