She is survived by her mother, Rosa Mendez; father, Luis Maderas; brothers, Jacob Mendez, Wesley Gardner and Luis Maderas, Jr.; sisters, Sophia Maderas and Leilani Maderas; grandparents, Wilfredo Mendez, Gloria Mendez and Jose Maderas; several cousins, aunts and uncles.
Funeral services for Monica will be held Thursday, March 21st at 11:30 AM at Crossings Community Church, 514 Walden View Drive, Sanford. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, March 22nd from 10 AM to 12 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL, PH: 386-775-4260 with burial to follow in Deltona Memorial Gardens, Orange City.
