Phyllis was born February 23, 1941, to Harry and Lilian Bowler in South London.
She met her husband Salvatore while he was serving in the U.S. Army. With an act of fate, they married soon afterwards in London and relocated to New York.
She raised 3 sons where she instilled and encouraged an appetite to explore and develop their understanding of mechanics, technology, and a love of music.
She loved her friends and her volunteer work at All Saints Church Thrift Shop collecting, cleaning, and grouping toys for exciting and imaginative play.
Animals, especially cats, were regularly rescued and loved.
She will be sorely missed for her British humor and sarcastic wit.
Phyllis leaves behind her boys: Tony (Tricia), Steven (Rose), and Paul (Sandra). Grandchildren: Stephanie (Lenny), Melanie, Lily, Tara (Daniel), Andrew, Christina(Sean),Vincent, and Valerie.
The family invites you to celebrate her life on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at All Saints Apostolic Church 155 Clark St. Enterprise, Florida.
