Priscilla graduated from New York Community College and received a shorthand certification from Interboro Institute. She was married to Galeno Rodriguez on April 25, 1966. Priscilla worked as a secretary for Volusia County School Board.
She is survived by her children; Erick, Galeno (Polito), Jessica and Jennifer; 11 grandchildren; siblings; Melvin, David and Ruthy Soto.
