Susan Dianne Todd

Born on February 28, 1952, at Pensacola Naval Hospital in Pensacola, Susan lived a life devoted to education, compassion, and service to others. She graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education.

Susan dedicated her career to elementary education, teaching at Deltona Lakes Elementary and Timbercrest Elementary in Deltona, Florida. She was known for her caring spirit, love for children, and dedication to helping her students grow and succeed. Susan was also a faithful member of Deltona Alliance Church. Outside of her career, she had a deep love for animals and cherished the many pets she cared for throughout her life. Her kindergarten students always held a special place in her heart.

She is lovingly survived by her brother, James W. Todd; her sister-in-law, Nellie V. Todd; her nephew, Scott J. Todd; her niece, DeeAnna L. Todd Girard; her nephew-in-law, Gerald Girard; and her great-niece, Brooklyn J. Todd.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on May 22, 2026, at 3:30 PM at Deltona Alliance Church. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and honor of Susan’s life and legacy.
