Thelma Jean Jones, age 63, made her final journey home on Sunday, February 9, 2014. She passed at her home in Deltona with her family by her side. She was proud of her Real estate license and her work in customer service. She loved Bingo and horses and especially loved her grandchildren. She truly loved being a mother and grandmother and had a solid faith in our Lord.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 41 years, Ray Jones, one son, Tom Jones and one daughter, Tullina (Craig) Wambold; one brother; Charles (Brenda) Lytle; two grandchildren, Bret (Kattie) Wambold and Dalton Wambold; a niece, Kaylie (Paul) Oppedisano; a nephew, Chaz (Kimberly) Lytle and her beloved dog, Spencer.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Sunday, February 16th from 12 - 1 pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City 386-775-4260. A life celebration service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 pm.
