Tim was a lovely, giving person whose service to others was unparalleled. He made this world a better place. He will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences and prayers to all of you.  Midge, I cannot fathom the amount of sorrow you are enduring over Timmy's passing.  I was so shocked to hear this.  As you may have been told, I am having surgery and could not attend any services, but please know, I have many memories of better times.  With love, Sue

I never actually met Tim but I can say that I feel like I have known him forever.  I have talked to him thru text and he was always so sweet.  My dad (Al Sala) was always talking about Tim.  Tim was always dragging him out of the house 😂.  I honestly thank him for that cause my dad is such a homebody.  He was the best friend my dad had.  My dad would tell me all kinda crazy stories about when they would go out!  I was never able to tell him but I want to thank you Tim for everything you have ever done for my dad you’re an amazing man who will be greatly missed.  Rest easy and enjoy causing crazy shenanigans in the sky!

If you look up the boys, scout motto and scout laws they define Dugin . He was always there for everyone. I never knew what a friend really was until I met Tim. If you’re his friend or his family, there’s nothing he wouldn’t do for you. He’ll always be in my thoughts and prayers, and especially in my heart. And I know he’ll always look down on us, and keep us on the straight and narrow i’ll truly miss him

I didn't know Tim very long. He and his beautiful wife, Tanya, just brought the house next door to me. He was a funny guy and seemed to be very genuine. I pray that the family find peace and comfort during this hard time.  RIP Tim.

You were one of our biggest supporters and one of the most genuine and compassionate people Teddy and I have ever met. I’m still struggling to know that you are not here and that we will not be making more memories in the future. We will miss you every day and will find peace in knowing you are up there watching over us!

I met Dugin 40 years ago and he has known my 2 sons since they were babies, this is a back yard BBQ  we all enjoyed

I worked with Duggie and what a joy he was.  He had a million stories to share.  Such a good person, taken much too soon.  He will be missed.  RIP Duggie.   Condolences to your family

My heart goes out to Tanya and family. I will never forget the kindness and help shown to me by Tim on the passing of my husband Michael. Just spoke with him on Wednesday to share some info with him. Rest in Peace my friend.

My condolences. I only knew Dugin for a short period of time when I transferred to Tomoka. He was the sweetest and a funny guy. He took me under his wing at the work camp showing me the ropes and letting me know just call him if I needed anything. He will be missed but never forgotten. Fly high brother.

We just found out of the passing of my husbands best friend. Tim was one of a kind. Such a wonderful man who loved his wife Tanya, his family and friends.  I have been blessed to have wonderful memories with him and he will be surly missed.  Thank you for loving Glenn and  Rest in Peace my friend.

Tim, you were,are, and will always be a great friend.  We shared many laughs and good times. So glad we had lunch last week.  Until we meet again,  I will forever miss you. Love you my friend!  May God give strength to Tanya dealing with her loss.

You were there for me when I needed it the most! When I couldn’t fix my toilet, you took the time to guide me through. When my daughter graduated from highschool, you were there in the flesh. When I had breast cancer you gave me my bells! When I needed an artist to make designs for my logos, you sent the best artists that you knew and they were amazing! Lord he was a great man to all of us who knew him! Amen
