Tonia Lynn Mora, 44, of Deltona, FL, passed away Sunday, March 18th at Florida Hospital Altamonte after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was the beloved high school sweetheart & wife of Ryan Mora, and cherished mother of 3 sons Brenden (18), Camden (12), and Landen (9).
Tonia was born in Sanford, Florida on November, 10th, 1973. She graduated from Seminole High School in 1991 and went on to Daytona State College to pursue a degree in cosmetology. Tonia was employed at several salons in the Sanford area until her diagnosis in 2015.
Tonia is preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Jones of Eden, NC. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Evans of Stoneville, NC, uncles Tommy Jones of Eden, NC Clarence Evans & Clyde Evans of Stoneville, NC.
She is survived by her husband Ryan, sons Brenden, Camden & Landen, loving parents Charles and Irene (Jody) Evans of Eden, NC, sister Lisa Pickelsimer (John) of Lake Helen, FL, brother Joseph Evans of Eden, NC, nieces Staci Evans & Cara Matson, nephew Joseph Evans, great niece Kendall & great nephews Jay, Braydon, Liam and David, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, & close friends.
Tonia was an incredible wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, and one who touched the lives of so many with her generosity and loving spirit. You could always find her at the baseball field, cheering on her amazing sons as well as enjoying time with family and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday March 24, 2018 from 2-4 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City FL followed by a service at 4 PM.
