Walter A. Rutherford, age 72, of Deltona passed away on September 23, 2014. Walter is a retired engineer from General Dynamics, a member of Temple Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge in Sanford. He also loved to golf, enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles.
Walter is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, JoAnn Rutherford; one son, Paul Alan Hatcher; two daughters, Melody Lynne (Robert) Edmiston and Julie Irene (John) Leslie; 5 grandchildren, Nicole, Sarah, Elisa, Mallory and Amy and 1 great-granddaughter, Isabellah and a special niece, Andrea Rachel.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 26th at 11 am in the Temple Baptist Church on Enterprise Blvd. in Deltona.
