CHARLIE AND I WERE STATIONED IN PORT LYAUTEY, FRENCH MOROCCO IN THE EARLY 1950'S. HE WAS A GREAT GUY AND WE HAD LOTS OF GOOD TIMES TOGETHER. I LIVED IN JACKSONVILLE, FL FROM 1965 UNTIL 2002 WHEN I MOVED TO ROSWELL, GA. WE CONTACTED EACH OTHER BY PHONE AND E-MAIL. WE HAD LOTS OF MEMORIES TO TALK ABOUT ALL THE TIME. MY HEART GOES OUT TO JOHANNA AND CHARLIE'S FAMILY.
