

He was born on January 12, 1943, in North Olmstead, Ohio, and lived a life marked by service, dedication, and devotion to his family. David proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Following his military retirement, David continued his career working as a civil servant with Lockheed Martin in Marietta, Georgia. Later, he and his beloved wife Judy made their home in Panama City, Florida, where they worked together in real estate. Together, they built a life centered on family and friends.
Throughout his life, David cherished traveling with his family and creating lasting memories. He enjoyed visiting France and England with his children, cruising the Rhine with his wife and friends, and exploring national parks in Hawaii, Colorado, and Utah with his children and grandchildren.
David was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Judy Bily, whose love and partnership were the foundation of his life.
He is survived by his daughter Rebecca Bily of Atlanta, Georgia; his son Kevin (Michelle) Bily of Orange Park, Florida; and his cherished grandchildren, Mason and KayAnn.
After moving to Orange Park, Florida, David especially treasured the time he spent with his grandchildren. Whether attending their activities or simply enjoying their company, family was always at the center of his life.
David will be remembered for his quiet strength, commitment to service, and deep love of family.
