Dennis Lee Ward

Dennis Ward, originally from West Virginia and a longtime resident of Orange Park, Florida, passed away peacefully on May 9th, 2026 at the age of 82. He spent the last 38 years making Orange Park his home and building a life centered around family, friendship, and the outdoors he loved so dearly.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judith Ward.

Dennis is survived by his daughters, Jamie Severance and Sherry (John) Jarman; his grandchildren, Brittany (James) Senna, Brady McCrosky, (Beau Emory) and Shane Jarman; and his treasured great-grandson, Wriston Senna. He also leaves behind his loyal Chihuahua, Buddy, who brought him constant companionship and joy.

Dennis had a deep love for the outdoors and found happiness in fishing, hunting, camping, and traveling. Whether spending time in nature or surrounded by family, he appreciated life’s simple pleasures and created lasting memories with those he loved.

Dennis will be remembered for his adventurous spirit, quick wit, and the love he shared with those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
