Ismael Julve YPARRAGUIRRE Jr.

Ismael Julve Yparraguirre Jr., 85, of Jacksonville and longtime resident, passed away on Sunday August 30, 2020. Born October 13, 1934 in Carrascal Surigao del Sur, Philippines, he was the son of the late Ismael Yparraguirre Sr. and Philomena Yparraguirre. He was a graduate of Manuel L. Quezon University, where he earned his Bachelors of Arts in Law.
Ismael came to America from the Philippines in 1984. He worked at Johnson and Johnson for over fifteen years and retired in 2005. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and bowling. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Jacksonville and served as President of the Car Can Mad Car Lan Surigao Association in Surigao, Philippines.
In addition to his beloved wife of 22 years, Vera Grace Aila (Sunga) Yparraguirre of Jacksonville, he is survived by his daughter, Diana Yparraguirre Mariano of Manila, Philippines, his son-in-law, Timothy Joseph R. Mariano, and his two grandchildren, Francesca Alexandra Y. Mariano and Joaquin Sebastian Y. Mariano.
