James Travis Harbaugh was born in Wichita, Kansas August 3, 1936. He passed away on April 26, 2018 in Jacksonville, Florida. He had 53 years of Government service, more than 25 years in the United States Marine Corps. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Emmalee Muldrew Harbaugh and two step-sons. Thomas Beagle (Debra) of Raleigh, North Carolina and Tod Beagle (Janet) of Glen St. Mary, Florida. He had two granddaughters Jessica Jones (Mike) of Colorado and Kayliegh Bell (Daniel) of Florida and a grandson Steven Beagle of Colorado. He was blessed to have four Great Granddaughters. Also his brother-in-law William Muldrew (Arlene) of Lakeland, Florida and two nieces Diane Lynch (John) and Lisa Sams (Joel) of Ohio. Jim was an accomplished stained glass artist. Many people are blessed to have examples of his creations to enjoy. He was a member of the Fleming Island United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice or the church.
