Joan K Duliakas

Joan K. “Jo” Duliakas, 77, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away December 12, 2014 peacefully at home with family after an 8 month courageous battle with cancer. Jo was the most loving, caring and extremely unselfish person who loved to bake for family and friends. She was born in Titusville, PA. to Ray and Ruth Johnson, both deceased. She was also predeceased by her brother Dick Johnson and sister Shirley Dodd. Jo is survived by her husband of 59 years C.J. “Gus” Duliakas, daughters; Brenda Fleck (Raymond), Tamra Patsolic (Steve), Jamie Beavor, and Kris Steffan (Nick), sons; Gus Duliakas and Scott Duliakas, sisters; Marilyn Burdick, Sandy Madden, and Joyce Fortney and brother John Johnson. She is also survived by 8 granddaughters, 3 grandsons and 2 great granddaughters.

The family will receive friends at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 6-8pm. A private internment will be held at a later date at the Jacksonville National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations to the Northeast Florida Community Hospice.
