

Kay Frances Lewis passed on August 26, 2026, at the age of 88. Born on February 22, 1938, Kay was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida. Kay leaves behind a legacy of love and caring for her family. She embraced life and was a friend to all who knew her. Kay was a full of kindness and was always willing to help anyone in need. She was always on the go until the world dealt her a horrible hand, Dementia. This slowed her and maybe she forgot us all along the way, but we will always remember her. Kay will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by many friends, neighbors and especially her family. Preceding her death is her son, Marcus Jay Lewis and her husband Dana David Lewis. She leaves her sister Patricia Noyle, her daughter, Dana Kay Lucas with her husband Don Lucas, son and daughter Chris & Cassie Lucas. Her sons, Robert James Lewis, his wife Janet Lewis, with his sons, Bobby, his wife Kylie, Justin and Dylan and William David Lewis and his daughter Lauren. She also leaves three Great Grand children, Haydyn, Dawsyn and Leo Lewis.
Tremendous heartfelt thanks go to, truly compassionate and exceptional staff at Riverwood Center in Jacksonville, Florida who provided much more than just comfort for her but also provided a sense of peace and tranquility during this transition from this life into the next.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be determined.
