

Kenneth was a pillar in the local tire industry, where he worked with integrity and dedication for over 40 years. Beyond his professional life, he was deeply committed to his community, spending more than 20 years coaching youth sports—primarily baseball—at WDYA. His strong work ethic, devotion to family, and generous spirit left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
He was the son of Cecelia Allen and Lawrence Allen. Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Connie Allen; his sons Nicholas Allen (wife Sarun Mey Allen), Matthew Allen (wife Liza Allen), and Michael Allen (wife Lekeyia Allen). He was a proud grandfather to Alliana Allen, Heidi Allen, Caitlin Allen, Miles Allen, and Brayden Allen. He is also survived by his sisters, Laura McClain (husband Kenneth McClain) and Lisa Burch (husband Hal Burch), as well as many other cherished family members and friends.Kenneth will be remembered for the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the legacy he leaves behind
A memorial service celebrating Kenneth's life will be held on May 3, 2025, at Journey Church, located at 6225 Lake Gray Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244. A public viewing will take place from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by the service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
