Nancy E. Hess, 84, passed away on October 1, 2013 in Orange Park, FL. She was born in Clarion, PA and had moved to Jacksonville in 1970. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard C. Hess in 1975. Survivors include 2 sons: Ron and Rick Hess, daughter Pamela Hess, 4 sisters, Jane Kincade, Shirley McNamara, Rose Marie Clark, and Maureen Clark, granddaughter Michelle Mooney and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 PM at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 27 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, FL 32073. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at 11:00 AM in the funeral home Chapel with Father Rafael Lavilla officiating. Interment will be in Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
