Noelle N Shropshire, age 8, passed away peacefully on January 4, 2026, surrounded by her loving and devoted parents. Though her time on this earth was far too short, Noelle’s life was filled with love, laughter, and a light that touched everyone who knew her.
Born in Winter Park, Florida, Noelle was spunky, sassy, funny, and full of personality. As the baby of the family, she absolutely knew it—and embraced it. Noelle was often the loudest in the room, filling her home with laughter and creating a comical, joyful vibe that could instantly lift spirits. Her big personality, quick wit, and fearless confidence made her unforgettable.
Noelle was a proud cheerleader with The Davis Allstars, where her energy, determination, and team spirit shined brightly. She also attended Oakleaf Village Elementary School, where she was loved by her teachers and friends. Whether cheering, learning, or simply being herself, Noelle gave her whole heart to everything she did.
Throughout her brave battle, Noelle displayed remarkable strength, courage, and resilience beyond her years, inspiring everyone who had the honor of walking alongside her.
Above all, Noelle cherished her family. She was deeply loved by her devoted parents, Nicholas and Alexis Shropshire, who were her constant source of comfort and strength. She shared a special bond with her siblings: her brother, Nicholas A. Shropshire Jr., and her sister, Alayah J. Ford.
In addition to her siblings, Noelle was blessed with bonus siblings Emani Aikens and Gabby Martinez. Though not related by blood, the bond Noelle shared with them was strong, genuine, and comparable to that of Nicholas and Alayah. Noelle loved them all the same, with a heart big enough to make everyone feel like family.
Noelle is survived by her loving grandparents Jackie Shropshire, Darren Brunson, Courtney and Dionne Redd, and is united in heaven with her grandmother Dionne Brunson and grandfather Murl Shropshire Sr who preceded her in death. She is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, teammates, classmates, and dear friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance on Sunday, January 18, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, Florida. Words of comfort and shared memories may be posted at www.hardage-giddensrivermead.com.
Though Noelle’s life was brief, her impact was immeasurable. Her laughter, bold spirit, and endless love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
