Phyllis Ann Stubbs

Phyllis Ann Stubbs, passed away on Thursday September 29, 2022 at the age of 90. She was a longtime resident of Jacksonville, member of St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church and a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House for many years.
Phyllis was born on October 1, 1931 in Buffalo, NY to Arthur and Mildred Mildenberger. She served four years in the United States Navy.
She was predeceased by her husband James Edward Stubbs, son Roy Leonard Stubbs, and parents.
Phyllis is survived by her sister, Judy (Edward) Klein, nephew Jeffrey (Margaret)Klein, their children Sarah and Andrew Klein of Syracuse, NY, niece Katherine Klein of Boston, MA., family members and friends.
Memorial Services will be 2:00 PM on Friday, October 21, 2022 at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073 followed by burial at Jacksonville Memorial Gardens and Cemetery, 111 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073.
