Rex Alan Clark, age 67, of Orange Park, Florida passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021. Rex was born January 23, 1954 in Redmond, Oregon. Rex proudly and honorably served in the United States Navy, and retired after 20 years of dedicated service. He was married to Carolyn Clark, who passed away on December 22nd, 2009. Rex is also preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Iona Clark.
Rex is survived by his two children, Michael Clark and Deanna Clark (William); brother Kim Clark (Tracy);
and three grandchildren Nolan McCormick, Dillon McCormick, and Mia Clark. He loved his family deeply, especially his grandchildren.
A committal service with Navy funeral honors for Rex will be held on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 12:30 PM at Jacksonville National Cemetery, 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218, where Rex will be laid to rest with his wife, Carolyn. Guests are kindly asked to arrive at Lane 1 before 12:30 p.m. at the cemetery.
