Robert Merle Brendlinger, age 83, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022. Robert was born West Wheatfield, PA, served his country proudly in the US Army and was a member of the Elks of Orange Park. His enjoyed golfing, casinos and playing with his bird, Cinnamon.
He is predeceased by his parents: Samuel and Ruth Brendlinger; 2 brothers: Don and John Brendlinger; and 2 sisters: Zora Ford and Ann Mascroni.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Teresa M. Brendlinger; 4 children: Randy (LuAnn) Brendlinger, Sue (Jay) Cowan, Amy (James) Ellis and Roberta Brendlinger; 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
He loved his family dearly and will be missed by all. The family honored his wishes for no formal service.
