So sorry for your loss. Praying for peace for you and the family. Do dwell on all of the good times. To be honest, I knew both your husband and his brother from a distance at Jackson and you, Charlotte, at North Shore!

Thank You Brother Garner for sharing your love as one of my elders and for teaching our high school Bible class at Grove Park church of Christ and Lakeside church of Christ. Thank You for taking time to talk with me when I needed spiritual guidance as a very young man. Thank You for all of your wonderful children, including your daughter, Rhonda whom I admit having a crush on in school and your son Andy, whom I've always admired for faithfulness to God as I personally witnessed. Brother Garner, your service in Christ's kingdom will surely continue to be productive for the Lord. Now, may God rest your soul in Paradise until He returns again! Very Respectfully, Love, Lawrence.

Words cannot express how saddened I am to hear that Ron passed away. He was an amazing man, father, Christian brother and friend. I became friends with Ron and his family when we lived in Marietta, GA and attended East Cobb Church of Christ. He was a spiritual mentor and leader to me and my husband at the time, Jody Harper, and our children, Brandee and Andrew. He wanted to be Brandee's godfather when she was born. Our families became very close to the Garners, including his children Andy and Pam. But time and distance took me away from seeing them as I reside in Texas with my children. I think of the Garners often and will miss knowing Ron is not here, but happy knowing he is in heaven with Pam and other loved ones. My deepest sympathy to the Garner family! Love, Lori
