I first met Rubin and Wanda while stationed in Naples, Italy and when back in NC, we reconnected. He was a wonderfully sweet man and devoted husband. He loved his Church and was a faithful and religious Christian person. We had many great times, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we enjoyed the Italian life and food!
I will miss his warm smile and soft spoken voice.
May he Rest In Peace and sing with the celestial choir. Love and hugs to Wanda and the family.
