Sondra “Sandy” Jean Costanzo, 73, passed away on April 25, 2012. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio and was predeceased by her daughter, Angel Costanzo and her parents: Jack and Ruby Fair and her grandson: Eugene Forest Baker II. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Rudolph “Rudy” Costanzo; 4 sons: Jack Matthew, Robin Matthew, Vito Costanzo, Rudy Costanzo; 6 daughters: Kimberly Matthew Wieble, Connie Matthew Baker, Dee Dee Cruz Sledge, Marie Costanzo Duke, Anntonett Costanzo Deleski, Andrea Costanzo McKlinnen; a brother, Terry Fair; 24 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, numerous other family members and friends. Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 1-5 PM at HARDAGE-GIDDENS RIVERMEAD FUNERAL HOME, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL.
