Thomas LeRoy Conn, age 75, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Judith Conn (nee-Twarogowski); son, Michael S. Conn; daughter, Patricia L. Conn and her husband, Jason Jones; sister, Betty Steiner; 2 grandchildren: Christian Conn and Braxton Conn; and a host of extended family and friends.

A a celebration of life for Thomas will be held Friday, April 8, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073.
