I am so very sorry for your family's loss. I am happy to have had the opportunity to know Mary and she always had a smile that brought a bright spot to my day ! She was a very special lady and we will miss her greatly here at Luther Ridge .

To my mom who I will miss dearly, you will never know how much you truly meant to me. I treasured each time you told me, "I love you, Hija," and in fact they were the last words you said to me, which I will hold dear to. I know you will be watching over us all. I found a pin hidden deep in our sheepskin rug of an "M" and an angel and know you were with us. I know when your time was close you told me you found comfort with Paul near you, and now you are at peace with God, no more suffering for you, mama. Paul and I will find the comfort in your passing in the arms of each other and our trust in the Lord. God Bless you.

My sympathy to Mary's family. I spoke to you moments after her passing as I arrived at Lutheran Home.  I met Mary a year ago when I began to bring her Communion and found a woman very dedicated to her faith, family and her days in Fremont. I had fun the last few months tracking her down between Lutheran Home & St. Charles Hospital.  I kept telling her you can run but you cannot hide. I knew when I gave her Communion on the 22nd that it might be the last time I saw her when all I could give her was the smallest bit of the Host.I had to miss her funeral as I was in Parma with my daughter & our granddaughter who was born on the 28th.  I so wanted to be there with all of you.

I wish she knew me and I wish I knew her more but there was just not enogh time. But to be absent from the body means you are in the presence of our lord. All my love to you aunt mary when we meet again I will have more time with you.

I've had the pleasure of knowing your grand mother, she was always very sweet.I remember when she would talk to me she would be talking so fast, she would realize that she was talking in Spanish and she would say (I yai yai)or some thing like that. lol I'll miss her also. "Love your Dad."

I'm truly sorry for the family's loss of Aunt Mary. She was always so nice when ever I saw her. Although I didn't see her very often as an adult, I have very fond memories of her from my childhood. God Bless, love you all and I know my Dad ( Tony Ramirez )was also there in Heaven to greet her with open arms.
