VIRGINIA ROSE BINKLEY ST.JOHN (1915-2015) 99 years old
My beautiful and dearly beloved Mother passed away this morning and became one of God's newest Angels. She loved Angels and she got her beautiful wings today.
I was blessed and fortunate and thank you, God for answering my prayers this morning that I arrive in time before she passed. I was able to able to hold her hands and comfort her and say few words of comfort to her. I told her to go home. Within few minutes as I was gently caressing her right hand and holding her hand, she entered eternal life. I think she was waiting for me.
I am so blessed I was able to arrive yesterday and spend pretty much all day with her.
I'm fortunate to have known and raised by a gifted mother who had tremendous talent in her artistic ability, creativity, teaching, knowledge of cooking, among many things. I learned from a great cook., a talented seamstress and most of all a beautiful quilter who hand cut each quilt piece and lovingly hand quilted each stitch by hand on all of her 12 childrens' beautiful quilts to keep us warm with her love.
Her loving example of her love of each one of 272 descendants will carry on through her many generations. Hard to imagine she was an only child and had 14 children with a great man who also inspired each one of us with his love, wit and humor.
Mom and Dad, here you are together again with your loving family in heaven, enjoy and watch over all of us as we continue our earthly life until we meet again.
I will miss you dearly Mom and still do miss Dad but you both are are always near my heart and memories. Thank you both for teaching me how to be strong, loving, giving and appreciative of others.
May you rest in peace and we will meet again someday. Love you always, Mom.

Jeannie and family, Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers at this Difficult time.  No one knows the loss of a mother until they experience it.  Take solace in the fact that she now rests in the arms of Jesus with your dad. There is no more pain, no more sadness and only the Glory of Heaven as promised by her Savior. We continue to pray for you and David and your entire family.Believe me Jesus loves you and has prepared a place for your mom better than we can ever imagine.  Eye has not seen,  ear has not heard nor has it even entered into the heart of Man what God has prepared for thos who Love HIM and she surely loved  HIM.  God bless you now and always.

Mary and Family,  I met your mom at ETJH in 1976, my first year teaching. She was a wonderful lady!  Part of my job teaching hearing-impaired kids was to convince "regular ed." teachers to allow our students to participate in their home ec., industrial arts, phys. ed., and art classes.  Out of those 9 teachers, 3 said "Yes". I'm sure you know Virginia was one of them.  I'll always remember and appreciate that!  My condolences,  Judy Zink (Jackson)

We love you so much Grandma!  Such a blessing to have you in our lives.  Keep up your incredible art work and beautiful flower garden in heaven.  So many here that will miss you and always keep you in their hearts.

Mrs. St. John was kind and welcoming to me when she might not have been, something I have appreciated for a long time.  My sympathy and thoughts are with all her family.  They can find solace in the fact that she lead a good life and was with them for so long.
