She is the strongest person I know. I truly love her so much. I wish I got to give her one last hug. She truly will be missed, and there will never be a day I don’t think of her. I used to call her leg that was amputated her Barbie doll leg, and when my mom went to the hospital she came back telling me how proud she was of me “Oh my Madi,” I truly can’t believe she’s gone. She was such an amazing beautiful person and to this day she is. All I will ever need is to know that my strongest person is proud of me. I love her so much. I love you Amanda I know it was your time and I hope you’re with Grandma and the others we’ve lost. Rest in peace angel.

Ever the hostess with the mostest, she was always so happy to invite me over and feed me.  Our visits  and hangouts in these recent years were so fun and something I looked forward to.

I didn't have a swimsuit this day, but we really wanted to hang out in her pool so she pulled out all her swim stuff to find something for me to wear. She was the queen of making it work. =)

These "S.A.C.S." hangouts are some of my fondest core memories with her.  She was always so funny.

Cancer never stopped her from a party. Junior prom was a blast.

Amanda was one of the most loving people I’ve ever come across. No matter what stage in life I hit, she was right there cheering me on and being the biggest supporter. From the second I met her, I knew was a forever person. Her strength was always unwavering and her heart was always on her sleeve. She will forever be missed.

My heart is struggling to accept that you’re gone.

You were never just my daughter-in-law—you were someone I truly loved, deeply and sincerely. You came into our family and brought so much warmth, kindness, and grace, and I will always be grateful for the time we shared.

I keep thinking about the moments we had—the conversations, the laughter, the simple times that now mean everything. I’ll especially hold close all those drives we took together—the talks we shared along the way, the quiet understanding, the laughter that made even the shortest trips feel special. Those moments were a gift, and I will carry them with me always.

You made a lasting place in my heart, and that will never fade.

There is such an emptiness now, a quiet that wasn’t there before. But even in this pain, I hold onto the love I have for you and the beautiful person you were. That love doesn’t end—it stays, always.

I know you're are at peace. You will be missed more than words can say, and remembered with love every single day.

Amanda truly made the world a brighter place. She had a great sense of humor and always had a positive attitude. We treasure the time we had together and she will be greatly missed.

My mom was too good, she taught me well, and made me who I am today. Even though we didn’t live with her for a while, we would often call her daily at 5:30, and I loved talking to her for hours.

I had the pleasure meeting Amanda a few years back such a sweet sweet person my prayers go out to the family

Amanda was one of the most fearless, genuine, and inspiring people I’ve ever known. She had a kindness and humor that made every room lighter, and she lived with a bravery that touched everyone around her. She was the type of person who would give the shirt off her back without a second thought. She even shared her decorations with me, just because she wanted to make my place feel a little more like home. That was who she was; endlessly generous, thoughtful, and full of heart. I’m grateful to have known her, and I will always carry her memory with love.

Growing up together was the greatest gift I could’ve gotten. She taught me to be strong, to be brave. She taught me that even when you are scared and when all odds are against you, you are never out of the fight. She had an unwavering commitment to fight every obstacle in her way and did it time and time again.  You fought hard for 19 years. I’ll fight for you now. Rest easy now! I can take it from here.  Love you always

I was so very sorry to see this. From our days together at city hall, to having those beautiful boys, I am thankful we checked in once in a while, and feel very fortunate that I was able to call her friend. You will be missed by so many that live you. Fly free. I know you'll be watching your boys flourish from above.
