Amy Sue Jankauskis

Amy S. Jankauskis (nee Korenski) of Orland Park passed away on Thursday, January 18th, 2024 at the age of 55. She was born on December 9th,1968 in Harvey, Illinois where she spent her childhood. Amy is survived by her beloved son, Joshua Jankauskis, and was preceded in death by her best friend and spouse Donna Williams on December, 4th 2023, her parents Stanley and Norma (McKillop) Korenski, and her sister Laura DeMarche.

Amy was successful and respected throughout her career working as an Assistant Sales Manager for Jewel Osco for the past 10 years and previously with Dominick’s for 25+ years where she began working in the Deli and worked her way upward to the Deli Division Operations Manager. Everyone who knew her saw her dedication to her family and career as well as the compassion and selflessness she showed.

Amy loved spending time with her family and enjoyed cheering on her favorite Chicago sports teams, especially the Cubs and Bears, as well as spending the occasional sit down in front of a casino slot machine.

Amy will be greatly missed by those who knew her. Services will be private at this time, but the family asks in lieu of flowers to please consider making a donation in honor of Amy to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
