Go-Chic (5chic, Uncle Johnson) I will never forgot you... I will always remember:
1. Summers in Orland Park growing up with my cousins (Jason, Jacob, Jerry, Jessica)
2. July 4th celebrations at your house with your famous chicken barbecue
3. My first rocking horse 🐴, you were always good with making things. I called you the Chinese “Bob Villa” because you you could make anything with wood. You were very talented.
4. You built the best basements ever, complete with pool table and games. Always ready to entertain.
5. You were scary when you got mad but in a good way. I always respected you but was not afraid. They way you would say “STUPID” I will never forget. We caused trouble, we were young, memories.
6. The card games and sports, black jack in the basement with my dad, Tito Nito and friends, the ILIGANON Crew, barkada, boys... we learned so much back then.
7. EBAY! You became obsessed with buying and selling goods. The Knives! You knew I collected. I still have the diving knife you gave me, I will keep that forever...
8. Your seriousness and presence. Your laugh, unique and unforgettable.
See you again when it’s time. Love you. Rest well...

Oh where do I begin? Dr Dy was my Father in law’s partner in their medical practice and because of this I met him. He and Irene were guests at our wedding many years ago. He was the man that took care of me during my pregnancies and delivered our children. He also delivered our Son in Law and...our first Granddaughter! He took care of our Daughter in his practice as well.
When I say we are sad it means we feel like we’ve lost a member of our family
To the Dy Family...our deepest sympathies go out to each and every one of you.
Johnson was a wonderful guy and the world will miss him!
We will be forever grateful to have gotten to know him not just as a Dr but as a friend and family member.
Take comfort in knowing (Dad) Dr Salamone is up there to welcome him.
Rest In Peace 🙏🏼
