I'm so sad to hear that you are no longer with us, even though I only worked with you a short time I felt that we were friends. I looked forward to work everyday knowing I could stop in and say hi.  I'm keeping you in my prayers and wishing you peace.

Im in shock, I was just thinking about Rich and how I wanted to reach out to an old friend and re-connect and now I will never get the chance. You were a great friend and teacher.When I first came to work at Orland Toyota I had no idea what I was doing. But you were there to teach me and at no time did you ever make me feel uncomfortable about asking questions and you were always there to help. But better than that you were a great friend. I will always remember the good times we had whether it was just having a couple of drinks at the bar or traveling to Milwaukee to see the Cubs. Well at least you got to see the Cubs get it done. I can't believe that you are gone. You will be sorely missed. May god bless you and your loved ones during this terrible time. My sincerest condolences to Rich's family. Goodbye friend
