Ana Maria Lugo

Ana Maria Lugo, 86, of Orlando, FL went to be with the angels on November 17, 2014. She was born to the late Manuel and Ana Padin in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on November 13, 1928. Ana was a retired Civil Servant for the state of Connecticut. She moved to Florida in 1990 where she and her late husband, Jose, owned and operated Lugo Jewelers in Orlando. Ana was a member of the Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. She enjoyed crocheting and loved angels. Ana will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. Ana was preceded in her passing by her husband, Jose C. Lugo (2008), and her son Joseph Lugo (2010). She is survived by her daughter, Ana Lugo Mason and her husband Paul of Orlando, FL; Grandchildren Julianne Avallone of Hartford, CT, David Mason of Bowling Green, KY, Daniel Mason of Orlando, FL, and Mark Mason of Tallahassee, FL; and Great-Grandchildren Malaki Mason of Bowling Green, KY, Dylan Mason of Orlando, FL, and Riley Mason of Orlando, FL. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, December 8, 2014 at 2pm at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 4545 Anderson Road, Orlando, FL. Inurnment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to VITAS Hospice Care, 2201 Lucien Way, Suite 100, Maitland, FL 32751.
