Billy was married to Laurie Combs on May 5th, 1991.
He had a passion for Fishing, Building and Fixing things.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Sr. and Barbara Combs.
Billy is survived by his wife, Laurie, Daughter Heather, Son Troy and Grandchildren, Athena, Iliana, Edwin, Jasmine, Erika, Jessica & Nicholas.
A visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Conway Funeral Home, located at 1413 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32807, on January 10, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The committal service is scheduled for January 11, 2026, at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 2420 Harrell Rd, Orlando, FL 32817, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
