Carlos Antonio Perez, 78, of Orlando, Florida, born in Bogota, Colombia, passed away on the third of August 2026. Carlos was a devoted family man whose greatest passion in life was his family. In his free time, he loved dancing, singing, and was deeply spiritual, finding great joy in attending church and in prayer.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ofelia Perez, his daughters Andrea Goldin and Vanessa Plaza, his three grandchildren Lucas, Ava, and Isabelle, his sisters Fanny Perez and Gloria Romano. He also shared a special bond with Sandra Duarte and Edward Perez, whom he loved as if they were his own children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Blanca Leonor and Carlos Julio Perez. Carlos will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Carlos fue un hombre de familia devoto, cuya mayor pasión en la vida fue su familia. En su tiempo libre, disfrutaba bailar, cantar, y era profundamente espiritual, encontrando gran alegría en asistir a la iglesia y en la oración.
Le sobreviven su amada esposa, Ofelia Pérez, sus hijas Andrea Goldin y Vanessa Plaza, sus tres nietos Lucas, Ava e Isabelle, y sus hermanas Fanny Pérez y Gloria Romano. También compartió un vínculo especial con Sandra Duarte y Edward Pérez, a quienes amó como si fueran sus propios hijos.
Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Blanca Leonor y Carlos Julio Pérez. Carlos será profundamente extrañado por todos los que lo conocieron y amaron.
Visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care, 13001 South John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32837, on August 9, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with a Prayer Service on from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 12600 Marsfield Ave, Orlando, FL 32837, on August 10, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, with a Committal Service at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Cremation Gardens, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, on August 10, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.
