Charles “DJ” Douglas Tyrrell passed away in his home, peacefully on March 3, 2025. He was a devoted father, adored grandfather, and an active member of the American Legion Post #286, where he spent countless hours serving and helping others alongside his soulmate and life partner, Terri Berry.
DJ is survived by the love of his life, Terri Berry; his children, Chris and Christy; and his siblings, Billy, Chucky, Allen, Loretta, and Mindy. His unconditional love, selflessness, incredible sense of humor and ability to win scratch off lottery tickets will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate the life of Charles “DJ” Douglas Tyrrell will take place on March 22, 2025, at 5 p.m. at the American Legion Post #286, 529 Fairlane Ave., Orlando, FL 32809.
