Clifton B. Jarrell

Clifton was born to Herbert & Martha Jarrell in Cliff City Maryland on 12-24-1933. Clifton was one of 10 children. Clifton did not graduate from High School, as his father had him quit to help by working on their farm, but later earned his GED. Clifton joined the United States Air Force in 1952 where he served for 20 years as a Security Police. After retirement he was the Head Park Ranger at Moss Park where he spent 19 years before retiring from there. Clifton married Beatrice A Chmielewski on 08-04-1954 and together they had 6 children. Beatrice passed away 5 years ago, and one of their children, Michael R Jarrell also passed away 8 years ago.

Clifton loved to travel, go fishing, visit with family, and loved listening to good ole Country music. Clifton is survived by his loving children: Colleen Riddle, Mark Jarrell (Suzanne), Lauri Piotrowski (Rick), Steven Jarrell (Deidre), and Nicole Jarrell (James) Grandchildren: Jimmy Riddle, Jesse Riddle (Gale) Ricky Piotrowski, Jennifer Piacenti (Peter), Adam Piotrowski (Katie), and Trevor Jarrell. Great Grandchildren: Fayth Riddle, Brianna Pennington (Nathan), Peter Piacenti, Amelia Piacenti, Catalina Riddle, Leo Riddle. Great, Great Grandchildren; Emberly Pennington, Grayson Pennington, and Killean Pennington. Clifton’s remaining siblings: Doris, Daisy, Betty Jean, and Phyllis all residing in Ridgley, MD.
