Clifton was born in Linstead, Jamaica on December 6, 1940 a son of Fouad and Salwa Shoucair. Clifton is preceded in death by his wife Lynet and survived by siblings Althea and Victor, his four children, Jacqueline, Christopher, Richard, Anna-Kaye, twenty one grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
A visitation for Clifton will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Family Funeral Care, 13001 South John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32837, followed by a celebration of life from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
