She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on January 17, 1955, and received her diploma with honors.
She had a career in the Insurance industry, and had a passion for her family, traveling, and reading.
Debra was married to Robert Hallowell, and is predeceased by him. She is survived by her sisters, Donna Marie Poirier and Diane T. Poirier.
