Douglas was born in Frankfort, Indiana on October 22, 1947.
He graduated from Maynard Evans High School, and attended Valencia Community College.
Douglas was married to Lorraine Grice on August 8, 2008. Douglas had a career in Plumbing for Douglas Everman Plumbing Company. He was a member of College Park United Methodist Church, and had a passion for squirrels, jigsaw puzzles, movies, and jazz.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Kareline Floortje (Beijen) Everman; and his Father, Charles Allan Everman.
Douglas is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine Grice.
