I met Eligio when he went into my place of work for his appointment just last month. He was incredibly kind and sweet, and I enjoyed talking with him. He loved his grandson so much and bragged about his beautiful wife. My condolences go out to his entire family. He was such a light.

Uncle, gone too soon, but will never be forgotten. Thank you for always welcoming us into your home-I remember one Christmas after mass where you and Tita insist we come by to eat. Your door was always open. Also, thank you to YOU and TITA for being there for us when it was one of our family's most difficult time. Personally I didn’t know Alex’s dad but I am pretty sure that after knowing Alex for a few months and his carisma, his father was a terrific person. All my condolences to the Macapagal family may God give them strength and peace in this difficult times.

It is rare to meet somebody who is selfless, helpful and caring. Ely was all of those and more. To him, there were no strangers. He dedicated himself to helping others no matter who they were.
We will always cherish the wonderful memories we shared Ely. You were really a God sent who brought happiness and laughter to all our lives.
You are in a better place now with God. Rest in peace our dear brother. We love you very much!       


God needed a good man in heaven and the untimely passing of this wonderful person proves that God had Ely specially chosen to be at His right side.  Another celebration for the angels to welcome another one of them.....rest in peace Ely, may you get the eternal salvation you deserved. Tito Ely growing up you were more like a dad than a uncle, you brought me to my first Jays game, taught me how to swing a golf club, cast a fishing net, break fall, etc,etc you were a jack of all trades.  I'll always remember you greeting me with a 'Sup dude' whenever I came to visit, your smile, jokes, love of life, friends and family.  Its unfortunate that Avery and Nathan never got to meet you but I rock em to bed to 'ring my bell' just like you did to me when I was a baby.  Rest in peace tito your memory will never be forgotten

My sincerest sympathy to this sweet family. I have so many fond memories of Eligio. Whenever I had the pleasure of spending time with both him and Connie, he always had such a warm smile and kind attitude. I know he will be missed by many.
