A great husband, father, friend and co-worker, Ernest Damon Hill, went home to be with Jesus on January 8th, 2011. He lived most of his life in central Florida, moving from Derby, Virginia in the late 50's. He spent his entire working adult life employed by Disney; a job he loved with co-workers he spoke very highly of. His devotion to his family knew no bounds and he always put them first no matter what. Damon had an outstanding relationship with his sisters and did everything he could to stay close with them. The commitment and affection he had for his wife, Linda, was beyond anything anyone has seen in many years; leaving behind an incredible example of what true love is and always putting your spouse first. Anyone can testify that Damon would always welcome you with a smile and a joke; making you always feel at home. Damon is survived by his wife Linda (Orlando, FL), his two sisters Lana Shannabrook (Clinton, TN) and Debbie Frank (Tallahassee, FL), his two sons Adam Scott and Eric Damon (Orlando, FL) and his granddaughter, Neva Esme (Orlando,FL). He will be missed and never forgotten; with a legacy that lives on through all whose lives were impacted by his incredible love for God and amazing example of unconditional and sacrificial love.
