New York City on Nevember 21, 1930. Though his childhood was in
Utuado, P.R., he prided himself as a New Yorker. It was there
where he met and married Blanca Iris Lopez.
Togther they birthed and raised three sons, Frankie, Edgar and Gerardo.
Frank served 43 years in the Cafe Carlyle until his retirement in 1989.
He loved the "boleros" of his native P.R., he was a master in the science of
baseball, a stellar athlete, whimsical orator of jokes and "cuentos",
a soldier during the Korean Conflict. He was a Cursillista, Lectorer,
and a Knight of Columbus.
He is survived by his devoted wife Blanca Iris; three sons;
eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and
three step-grandchildren. He was a joy to be with,
a devoted father, husband and a loving friend to many.
