Gamalier De Jesus Aponte, age 83, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on October 14, 2026. He was born on November 24,1942 in Coamo, Puerto Rico.

Gamalier worked as a Prep Cook at HMS Host Macaroni and Grill.

He had a passion for writing music and poetry, watch repairing and drawing.

He is survived by his wife, Elvira Gonzalez, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Conway Funeral Home, 1413 S. Semoran Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32807, on November 1, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at the same location on November 1, 2026, from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
